    My point was that anyone is capable of murder, so I don't think it's fair to give people death penalty, because given the situation anyone will kill.

      no, not *anyone* will kill. some of us are emotionally stable enough to not be required to be restrained behind bars to prevent another life from being taken.

        Do you not think that anyone is capable of murder? And I know that certain people need to be put behind bars, but that's a better solution than killing them!

              no, that capable can mean either 'is physically able to take a knife, for example and thrust it into someones heart'

              OR

              'that they are not mentally / emotionally capable of preventing themselves from doing something so dumb.'
