Do you agree or disagree with this statement?

"If a man is going to wear a tight shirt to show off his abs and muscles and a woman is going to wear super low cut tops or super tight pants to show her ass off neither the man or woman can complain if they get checked out by the other gender."

  • I think that if a man or woman touches in anyone they don't know then it is wrong. I actually had a woman take a photo of my ass do you think she went to far with that?

  • Agreed. If your aim is to define your sexually appealing features to be sexually attractive to others then you can't really complain when it works. Lol.

Ofcourse, Aslong as it doesn't go further.

    • I feel exactly the same as you do.

People check others out regardless of what they wear though, it's just some seek out that attention more than others.

I can only see this being a problem for some if the person you're dating just suddenly start seeking attention by purposely wearing super tight, uncomfortable clothes just to show off the maximum ass, abs, etc without being naked. However, if you date someone who was wearing clothes like this from the start, then you have no right to complain, because you knew what this was when you agreed to date; at least this is how I see it.

    • Yeah, some people make it a big issue and get mad when they are single, wearing those clothes and showing off maximum ass or abs etc. I think if you are going to do that you can't complain when you ar checked out.

After all it is normal and natural for men to check women out and women to check men out.

Hey. If you are going to hang it out, it is for everyone to look at. Not just that one person you are trying to impress. So if your boobs or whale tail is in plain sight, I am going to take a good long look at it.

Yeah of course if you have a good body and you're wearing revealing clothes you want to be checked out that's just the way it is

While I do see the "people should be able to wear whatever they want and not be judged" side of things, I do agree that such attire is basically a guarantee that people will look at you sexually. It sucks that American society deems the slightest show of skin to be sexual, but, it's the world we live in.

    Or the same gender

I've said this before on this very forum. Male or female, you know what the fuck you look like. You dressed yourself this morning, I assume? You know damn well how you are dressed. Stop acting stuck-on stupid like you just so happened to find yourself in public dressed sexy.

And I'm not knocking it. If you've worked hard on your body, then (within reason) by all means show it off. But if you do, own it and admit you just wanted to be sexy today. If you can't handle the attention of being looked at as a sex object, don't objectify yourself.

What's stupid is leaving your house dressed like that, and then expecting that people (especially red-blooded men) are not going to notice. We are, gay or straight.

(my argument stops at harassment and sexual assault obviously, there's never an excuse for that. I'm talking getting looked at)

    • Your views are what I think. If you don't want to be looked at then don't dress in ways that will get you looked at.

I agree. If they're doing it purposely then they cant complain

    • To me if you do it purposely and then complain the person is a hypocrite.

Well if that person is perpously doing it then they shouldn't be offended when someone checks them out.

I mean its only the point isnt it? The whole reason those genders wore those clothing were to show off right? And if their goal was to be recognized for showing off, then how does it make sense if they complain if their checked out? They obviously wore that clothing to be CHECKED OUT by someone because thats basically the whole point of showing off.. thats my opinion.

    • Yes and I agree with you however. I have heard of some people still getting made about it when they do get checked out.

Sounds perfectly logical to me I have no idea why anyone would complain by the opposite sex checking them out

            • I mean I myself wear tight jeans but I don't complain when I get checked out by anyone. I have the attitude that I have chosen to wear them. If I didn't want to be checked out that way and felt that way about it I wouldn't wear tight jeans.
