I wondered the same thing but I do know that most schoolgirl uniforms look very good on women. Just like women like men dressed up and in suits. Perhaps it's a desire for something more decent compared to a group of ladies walking around in short shorts and crop tops. Maybe internally us guys feel that the skimpier a women's clothing the less we think of them and vice versa. No way of really knowing but I do love a woman in a uniform or dressed well compared to ripped jeans and tank tips
