I slept with one once when I was a student. It's the only time I've ever seen a circumcised penis and it honestly freaked me out. It looked so strange and I didn't even know what to do with it. BJs and HJs work differently as well. Nothing wrong with it, of course, but it was just so different to what I'm used to. My friends knew he was Jewish and the next day they were asking me what it looked like and if it felt different.
Like you say, your preference is probably going to depend on cultural norms where you are.
