Of course it happens. Years ago i was at a bar with my boyfriend at the time and some dude told my man how lucky he was and how wished he had a girl like me. The very next weekend at the same bar, some other dude told me I was the ugliest girl he'd ever seen..
I also used to get a lot of rude and mean remarks from guys when I dressed like a freak.

I have always thought there is no good reason to be rude and mean about it when person rejects someone. Some people are very rude and mean.
