Why lost? If you want to dream more or have lucid dreams do some googling and find out how to do it, otherwise stop comparing yourself to other people and worrying about being a bit different.
It's fairly clear from scientific sleep studies that the vast majority of people do dream, but we're all different in terms of whether we remember them and if we do, how much detail is recalled. Personally, I've found this varies incredibly over time: sometimes I don't remember any dreams for weeks on end, or know I've dreamed but can't remember it, or occasionally can remember a dream in great detail. In fact, I can remember details of some dreams I had decades ago.
By the way, all dreams are "made up" in the sense that they're created by our own subconscious minds.
Thanks for your answer. The reason I feel lost is not dreams sorry I should have made that clear it is after some woman did something to me and I don't know if I should forgive her or tell her to get stuffed.
The thing is I am a person that has a great and awesome sense of humour. It is just that I do not like jokes that are put downs of other people or groups of people.
She laughed and made fun of me and then when I said hey that is not cool she made fun of me even more and then she was like sorry but I after that it made me feel like she was just being sarcastic.
It just made me think if she is going to immature and treat me this way is she even worth it. I mean I don't know her that well anyway. Since she said sorry I have not replied back to her. That was 24 hours ago.
It was just a red flag and made me think if I talk to her is she just going to get worse and worse and worse. I just can not be bothered with her immaturity to be honest.
Do some people dream and some people not while sleeping?
