Well that's true and although I did type that, I don't really know how it would be done/happen. I suppose you could conduct psycholody tests, check for anything (not that, that is any indication of course) or maybe just make sure they have no criminal record etc.
Oh, I don't know :( I just wish there was a magic way to know who was and wasn't.

That's okay. I thought you might have some kind of idea of what kind of testing to conduct. I do agree with you, though.
