this is fucking ridiculous. It completely depends on the person. I've grown up in an upper middle class family, with quite well off parents and I do most things myself. I actually feel guilty/embarrassed if one of my parents tries to help too much. I feel as if i'm being the 'rich kid'. All the comments i've read here just seem to be people stating the obvious. Saying all people who grow up with a privileged lifestyle with become snobby little shits. To be fair some do, but it's like someone like me saying every totally independent person is only like that because they're poor and have no choice, but it won't matter anyway because they'll probably end up in prison or the doll. mental
Agreed. My family wasn't what you might call "rich" when I was growing up, but we were definitely very privileged and knew a lot of very rich people from the school I went to. I knew two boys who got everything they wanted, but they were taught to appreciate that. They were the most well-mannered, sweet kids I think I've ever met, and I hate the "rich" stereotype.
Do people who get everything they want ever grow up?
