Do people typically have an existential crisis everyday?

I have a crisis everyday, usually before bed when I think back on everything. It's usually blocked memories resurfacing and absolutely wrecking my mind. So, anyone else have the same problem?

I actually recall something very similar when I initially married my first ex-husband. I had awful acid reflux, and was eating Tums like candy, and every night my brain would go on rewind. I would get awful insomnia, and just lie there in the dark while my memories of the past would just randomly rewind, and play. I think my biggest mistake was dropping out of college to get married.

I think one of the most toxic things a young person, and more specifically a young woman can do is to compare their insides to someone else's outsides. If all your friends have a boyfriend/husband, or girlfriend/wife, and your still single, but you feel pressure to find a relationship look for some new friends, and work on yourself instead of trying to conform.

Just focus on the things that went well in life, and the things you are thankful for.

A number of Success Coaches teach that you should make a list of 10 things you are greatful for every day. Doing this in the morning and prior to going to bed will likely resolve this issue.

Next on the list for success is to identify how you want to live in the future, and visualize it, speak of it out loud, and write it down every day. That tells your mind where you want to go. Don't worry about how... your mind will recognize opportunities that move you in that direction.

Yeah, I get all the flashbacks from the past and I think about death. Also, about my life's trajectory.
