Do people in england go to the beach?

Going all the time would loose the enjoyment a bit, going to the beach is a special thing

It is an island, of course they go to the beach. Who said you need the sun to enjoy the beach?And not all of California is a sunny beach, way to encourage that strteotype.

We still go to the beach, mostly in the summer when we have more temperate weather. Actually, you should see beaches like Margate. The place is CRAWLING with people when the sun comes out, honestly. :)

I live up north and the beaches are grim. You usually can get good fish and chips in the seaside towns though. Plus whoever said 3 months of the year it's not cloudy they are talking shite.

Were i come from we call the beach "seaside" & we enjoy to visit seaside all through the year no matter how bad weather is

They do go to the beach... but they don't call it the beach, though. they call it "bath time". They go like two or three times a year
