No one's going to do anything about your hat getting knocked off - its not an elementary school playground.
Harrassment is harrassment regardless of whomever is the object of said harassment. It's a sign of poor character when people have double standards for those they do not like. I don't like it when women are sexually, or otherwise harassed. I also don't like it when conservatives are harassed by leftists just because they they don't like their politics.
Do liberals have a legal right to assault you for wearing maga hat?
