Do i sound like a stalker?

A few months ago I was at a food market
and while the bag boy was doing his job,
he has some small chat with me.

He says he also liked a certain show I did.
( I'm afraid to say what show it is
due to the fear of getting rude comments.)

Anyway, the next time I went there,
he walks up to me and starts to talk to some.
I was a bit surprised he remembered me.
( Me and him seem to be both shy.)

After I left, I felt a since of compassion.
Butterflies in my stomach and what not.

Now, everytime I go to the food store,
I am always looking for him
and honestly, I feel like he is the closest
thing I have to a real life friend,
but I desire a relationship also.

Is this considered creepy?

  • I agree with Missy, you don't sound like a stalker - you just seem interested. So, to avoid regret, approach him the next time you see him. Ask if he'd like to hang out with you during his next break at work.

Normal. And extremely cute. I'm not saying he likes you, but if he came up to you and he's shy, that's a great sign.
Stalking is waiting for him to get off his shift, following him home and climbing into his window to watch him as he sleeps. Pft. I'm guessing you haven't done that yet, right? Then you're normal.

    Why do you
    write your stories
    and your replies
    in lyric form?

    • It's become obvious that people think my writing form is either poemy or as you put it, lyric like.
Honestly, I just thought it's easier to read,
but since it's so annoying, I'll just write in huge walls of text! Is that better?

No. Normal will be fine. You know sentences, paragraphs and the like.

        • I honestly don't see the problem with how I write.
          I know it isn't exactly professional ,
but it's much better than how some other people
          write on the internet.

I agree with you on that.

I was just asking why you did it. I didn't say it was a problem.

    • I'm sorry, but what does it matter
if we were both the same gender?
      It's the same principal, yes?

In fact, I am not even
going to tell what gender I am now.

Next time you see him you could offer him your number?

    • Well, it's kinda complicated.
I asked him if he had a Facebook
and he told me he deleted it due to stress.

Like I also mentioned, we're both fairly shy
and I don't even know if he likes me all that much.
To him, I just might be a friendly person
who shares a common interest and nothing more.

A lot of the time when I go into the store,
      he's not even there,
so I don't really get a lot of chances to talk to him.

      But, I'll work on it.

It'll be fine, if it was meant to be, then it will be.

By the way, I like the way you post, it feels like a poem. ^_^

You sound like you have Asperger's syndrome. If you do, then it's quite normal for you to look for him everytime you go to the store.

Haha:D No. I was a depressed kid who sat in the corner all day long writing in my journal about death, hatred, and sadness while I put death wishes on a boy that I followed around because he refused to return his love to me.

Teenage me was not someone you wanted to be around.

some reason WHY you think I sound like a stalker.
Not trying to sound rude or anything.

No they don't... stalking sort of infers that the person doing the stalking DOESN'T want to get "caught". This person WANTS to meet his/her crush face to face, so I'd say that'snot stalking.

But stalkers don't want to be caught.

So, that makes no sense...? :/
