It's just a bit of paranoia. Think about what's logical rather than what you feel emotionally, and act upon that. At first it may seem difficult, but you'll soon get used to it and feel normal.
I am the same way to be honest. I have nothing wrong with me, I feel like everyone thinks I smell. Like everytime someone coughs or rubs there nose I assume its me. I went to the doctor and he said I was paranoid, although Im convinced that I do. Seriously. I even asked a good friend but im just assuming that hes lying. I dont know I get what you mean though.
