  • i go through the same thing, all day everyday i worry about it. unless you give up on the idea of it, it stresses u out and causes anxiety and the social phobia. say to yourself. i am not a walking smell. i am a human. a person that is competent of looking after themselves hygenically in every way possible and hold your head up high. Sure we get nervous and sweaty, but it is all a normal human function, and wer all built to function the same. we need to look after ourselves with what we eat also, level of activity and so on. if we are inactive we store a lot of negative energy and with it bad food, we pile on weight and lose confidence. Also thoughts come with it, and we teach ourselves to become sensitive. Train, exercise, reach new achievements and build confidence in yourselves and we will over come everything!!!! believe in yourselfe and dont put your self down . Stand tall with your head up. Noone has the right to keep you down. our time on earth is short and we must live through it focusing on what is important, health, family and waking up with joy every morning knowing we are alive and able to live another day... love you all we are as one...
