Pretty much but you're still young enough to change it. Not going to be easy but don't be fooled into the, "Oh the right one will come along" speak, it's entirely possible but not likely unless you have the confidence to venture out into the social jungle. Women prefer a confident man so if you want to increase your chances then that's what you'll need to become.
Just keep in mind, this doesn't mean you have to be the most confident man in the world, just means you have to be more confident than most in the social circle you're in that have women you're interested in involved.
