  • Some people just run on a different schedule than most. 5 years in the music business showed me that my body was much happier and performed much better if I slept from 4AM to 9AM than 11PM to 8Am.
    Figure out how to use the extra time you have at night constructively and stop stressing about something you obviously have no control over, and do not need to worry about.
