Do i have dissociative identity disorder or am i going insane

I have a therapy session soon but this thought is eating me alive.
I have struggled with ptsd, SAD, depression, etc for a long time now, I was going to a psycologyst yet left it half way. something weird has been happening lately.. when I get stressed I change myself into a completely different person.. I don't have much control over it, I turn into Lucy who is 3 who just loves to what kids do. the thing is I can see it yet.. I remember everything I do but people with dissociative identity disorder don't. I also change to Katrina who is a middle aged lady who takes charge of things like cleaning etc. we are family and I love them so much. we usually exchange gifts for each other. Lucy is such a sweetheart and calls me her mummy, it makes me so emotional. wtf is wrong with me?

Please talk to your therapist about this, it's not something you're going to get good advice about on this site

i mean as long as they aren't harming you in any way or stressing you out i don't see a problem.

It wasn’t harmful till just recently- it’s scaring the crap out of me. I literally hit myself doing crazy things but I don’t feel me it’s like another person who’s against me

No one but a psychologist or psychiatrist is qualified to diagnose mental health issues.

Yes, a professional will have a more accurate diagnosis. I am an amateur psychologist and I see no problem. For example, you seem to have Borderline Personality Disorder tendencies. Perhaps it runs in your family.

Do you really think you're fooling or impressing people?

        I'm so embarrassed for you.

Thank you for being embarrassed for me. You seem to be a high functioning case, and it is worth noting that just talking to other people, especially those with profiles like yourself helps in many intangible ways. I know very little about Dialectical Behavioral Therapy anyway. I'm sort of a CBT guy.

          Do you enjoy impressing people?

You actually come across as a delusional, self important know it all, who obviously has no idea of how to diagnose anything, let alone mental health issues.

Well thank you for the encouragement. In the spirit of mutual self-help, I detect strong social negativity from you. Perhaps you have tried being more pleasant, but it didn't work. In that case, smells are very important. Bad breath, and body odors can be off-putting. Brush your teeth better, and clean up down there. A squeaky clean anus is a good thing.

              Cheers.

Does notseem Borderline Personality. At least not the main issue here. It is possible, but i don't think it's related

Yes, the OP does not seem to be Borderline. I was referring to charli.m.

Oh, that's just dumb. If you diagnose as an amateur you should get shot, coming from someone who diagnoses as an amateur
