You have depression/anxiety issues, my friend. Everybody has them to some degree or another, but if it gets to be a constant issue that severely affects your quality of life, then you should take steps to do deal with it. Talk to your doctor, sometimes a med can make an immense difference, I know from personal experience. People that don't have a problem with it just don't get it, so don't worry if people think you just need to suck it up and it will go away. They equate your problem with their less severe/normal levels. Find creative activities that you sometimes enjoy, and force yourself to do them. Meditation techniques work really well for some people. Finding tricks to simply clear your mind can cause a massive improvement. Forcing yourself to pursue activities that are constructive also help. Good luck, you are certainly not the only one.
