Is my penis small cuz im always been afraid that a girl will laugh me out cuz my penis is to small. my penis is if its soft 8 centmetre = 3.1inch and if its hard 15centimetre =5.9inch, please be honest . is it normal that i ask this and that i have a penis that size.

5.9 inches is about average I'd say, so you're normal. I've seen waaay smaller if it makes you feel any better but it didn't matter because he knew how to work it.
Depends where you are, I think I read somewhere that in the US the average size is 5inches and in the UK it's 6. Of course it's not just about length the thickness differs too
No one cares about your penis size. If it's bigger than your thumb when it's fully erect then there's nothing to worry about.
Average for worldwide is 4.5-6 inches. Small for world is under 4 inches. Large for world is over 6.5 inches. All those are hard. Your fine. Besides some girls prefer them bigger around than long.
