I'm a girl, but bisexual so I found myself quite appropriate to give a go at answering this question!
I'm quite heavy myself (working out to get fit again!) but I do have a certain preference when we're speaking of appearance. I've always liked the tall, skinny type of girls - small breasts, small everything - but I've also found myself attracted to girls that were even too weighty to be called 'curvy'. I suppose it really doesn't matter... If a guy/girl goes for a specific appearand he/she doesn't take the time to look at what's on the inside.
Do guys mind a slightly wobbly body?
