she's probably doing it now and you don't know it. Women are better at sneaking them out than guys. Thats also one reason they're always going to the can though, as soon as they're inside the door they let 'em rip.
I find sneaking is impossible, because for me it's always one or the other; if you don't hear it, then you'll definitely smell it.
Never both at once though, strangely.
