  • Although it hasn't really been addressed, it's partially genetic. There is a lot of debate about this, but I began drinking before I was well versed in my mother's family history, and I demonstrated the exact same attitudes and destructive personality on brown liquor as the rest of my family on that side. Whiskey, dark rum, brown tequila, ect all make me very succeptable to emotional reactions and extreme passion, which includes fights, verbal attacks, and uncontrollable rage towards people who have no emotional connection to me(I have not, and never will,((ever!)) get physical with someone who means anything to me). On the opposite side, white tequila, mixed drinks, champagne, and wine all make me very sociable and friendly. Vodka is all on its own, not affecting my personality at all, merely making me drunk mentally.
