Yeah i understand that there are other traits. But if we first are talking about blond vs non blond - would you also consider a blond guy more feminine then a dark haired girl?
All else being equal, yes. But more often than not, all else is not equal; the blonde guy will also be bigger, tougher, more decisive, more straightforward, etc. so he'll probably still be more masculine than your average dark-haired girl. So no, your average blonde guy is still more masculine than your average brunette.
In appearance if you're blonde and want to even things out a little with you dark-haited girl, you can wear dark clothes and a beard, and the brunette bright clothing.

I don't think so. I think that guys with blond hair are the hottest.
A little yeah. But again, it's only one element from an entire set of masculine/feminine traits.
