Blondes tend to look more girly, which is why they attract more guys and seem to have more fun. But there are many other variables that add to that (or take from it), hair color is just one of them.
Yeah i understand that there are other traits. But if we first are talking about blond vs non blond - would you also consider a blond guy more feminine then a dark haired girl?
All else being equal, yes. But more often than not, all else is not equal; the blonde guy will also be bigger, tougher, more decisive, more straightforward, etc. so he'll probably still be more masculine than your average dark-haired girl. So no, your average blonde guy is still more masculine than your average brunette.
In appearance if you're blonde and want to even things out a little with you dark-haited girl, you can wear dark clothes and a beard, and the brunette bright clothing.
Do blonde girls really have more fun with guys. I might change to blonde

With that logic; does that mean that blond guys are seen less manly then men with dark hair?

I don't think so. I think that guys with blond hair are the hottest.
A little yeah. But again, it's only one element from an entire set of masculine/feminine traits.
