As an asexual, I'd have to say that you're wrong, since being sexually attracted to someone and getting aroused are two different things (arousal can happen due to exposure to certain stimuli and/or the reaction to one's hormones). Therefore some asexuals do masturbate and some don't. Although I don't get sexually and romantically attracted to people, I do have certain days when I have to masturbate due to my raging hormones. But to me, it's just another chore in my book. I don't get any "kick" from it whatsoever.
I don't really have a specific thought or thing in my mind. But I can assure you that it's usually nothing sexual. My mind is usually blank, when I masturbate. It'll only take me a couple of seconds (yes seconds) and, the urge would hardly ever rise up again. I know that the urges would only rise every couple of months during my "ovulating" period (tmi, sorry). But even during those times, I'm still not sexually attracted to people. Therefore, I know that it's just my hormones messing about and making my body react a certain way.
Do asexual's get horney?

If you don't mind me asking, what do you think about while performing this chore?
