My husband did it to me a few times when we first started dating. It didn't do anything for me but I didn't mind. I assumed he was into it. As we got more serious and started talking about what we liked, it turned out that he thought he was doing it for my benefit, and I thought he was doing it for his, but neither of us was really bothered. Not done it since.
