Do all opinions deserve tolerance?

Everyone has opinions that they don't like or don't agree with but that we tolerate and will politely debate over. However should you tolerate EVERY opinion? Are there opinions that you will simply not hear and not respect? How do you generally react to these opinions? What makes them so bad to you?

If someone were of the opinion that raping children was a great way to spend a Tuesday afternoon, I would disagree and would avoid that person.

In the sense that one should be allowed to express it, regardless of how ignorant said opinion is, I would say yes, absolutely.

    Opinions should not be outlawed.

If an opinion is based on erroneous information, just how much weight can one give it? Some things are just fact and not open to opinion.
For instance, anyone who quotes the bible as fact is basing their opinion on nothing more than a fiction. Even biblical scholars understand that the writings in the bible are parables, not meant to be taken literally.
If someone were to say, "In my opinion, the sun rises in the west and sets in the east." would you accept their opinion? Of course not. Nobody would.

Everyone has a right to their opinion, as long as it's not a stupid opinion.

        It's usually fairly obvious.

        Creationism, for example. Or anti-vaccination.

Can you be so tolerant that you can tolerate someone's intolerance of your own intolerance?

I believe everyone has the right to holding an opinion.
However, that does not mean that the public should be obligated to or (socially) allowed to tolerate it.

The trouble is always where you draw the line. If you disagree with one idea being debated because it makes you feel uncomfortable, what's to stop someone stopping you from expressing your discomfort at someone else's idea. Being able to express all opinions is crucial.
