Dizzy and cold hands

Ok this has happened to me two or three times. I get dizzy, nervous and get cold hands and slight tremors after eating heavy meals like chinese food or a big piece of chocolate cake. Is it normal to feel like that, specially if you're not used to eat too much junk? Is it some form of anxiety?

ps. I'm not diabetic. Im not overweight and I'm in my early twenties

Heart attack - trust me, I'm a doctor. You need to see a physician instead of posting on this site.

NOT normal, and soccer2 isn't qualified to give medical advice. I'm an EMT.

You really might be diabetic. Get seen, even if you have been seen before. If you ARE diabetic, you can die from this.

You just explained half the classic signs and symptoms of hyperglycemia, or high blood sugar.

If u never really eat bad stuff, the sugar and fat u consume in large amounts can shock your body. I get sick when i eat sugary food. You just are not used to it. Normal
