if she is of a muslim family this is totaly unaccetable in her cuilture, the coran specificly says that anal is forbbiden and punishable by death. this is why according to islam male homosexuality is sin, not because the actual male -male attraction is sinfull but the most common sexual intercouse is, of couse people when they interpret books they often generalise. even sexual intercouse whith an animal if it's anal is forbidden, clearly Mohammad was not a fan of anal.
even if this is a cultural thing it's still abuse as many cultural standards are.
