  • I'm sure you're beautiful. Just remember that every teenage girl is self conscious about her body. Just don't freak out if you gain a few pounds, acknowledge it, and learn why it happened. It could mean bigger boobs or more muscle.

    Is there an activity you prefer? Swimming, yoga, volleyball, cycling, hiking, etc. Parents who pressure their children in this manner are usually trying to relive their teen years through their children. They obviously love you and want you healthy, so do it your way.
