Yeah... Christmas always does bring out the worst of my depression and self hate.
Parents getting older, feeling like you haven't done anything, even if you have.
On a more positive note - she knew I wanted the game, cause I watched trailers for it and stuff, but she never thought that a 7 year old laptop just won't do with the new games. Not to mention every new game seems to require at least 50-100GB of free space. You could fill up a hard drive with 6-7 AAA games.
Anyway, have a good night (or day, depending where you are)
Thanks! Its currently 10:50 pm here as I lie awake, unable to sleep knowing that I am going to my grandmothers house tomorrow to disconnect my grandfathers home office studio (finally!)
