    I'm not worried about the phone. It's mine, I paid for it and all the monthly bills. Have the receipts and it's on my plan. I'm just wondering if she or he could sue me for abandoning them.

      I don't think so but I don't know where you live so the law may be different. If no harm came to them I don't see how you broke any law.
