No, it's not normal or healthy for a guy to be frightened of his own penis anymore than it's normal for someone to find any other part of their anatomy terrifying or disgusting.
As for why you have these feelings and what you can do about it, this site is definitely not the best place to look for answers to those questions. I suggest you see a counsellor or psychiatrist and explain your issues.
