  • I have an issue with come-downs from many things like even a moderate amounts of exercise, any activities I find very enjoyable (like bowling, etc) and sex. 5 hours is a very long time and I can see even folks without this issue feeling low the next day. Try limiting your badminton time to 1-2 hours, max.

    Badminton is quite fun, by the way. I just had to say that.
