Depression...iin?

I fall into a really bad depression if something happens and it really sucks because it affects the people around me and their mood. I fall into depression maybe three or two times a year for two/one month. So the main question is: is it normal to fall into depression over and over again?

At least your not like me. People depress me since they assume everyone around them is sad and depressed and so we all have to deal with them trying to help. When in reality we would all be a lot less unhappy if they would stop fucking bothering.

It's normal for some people. I have no doubt though that you can do better. What is it that gets you down each time?

    Even if it's a long story, I don't mind.

I get that to. You mean it's not all year round, but for like a month or so you're just kind of down? I have the same thing. Mines around Christmas though because my family kind of sucks. I get it though, it's like you just don;t feel like trying to be happy. I think it's called S.A.D.S, you should look it up. Has something to do with going with out sunlight or something

  • I dont think it's S.A.D. My depression occurs at different timesbeach year. Never the same times.

hmm... Try to think of something that happens around the time you start to feel crummy? Maybe somethings really bothering you but you've ignored it or forgotten it so every once in a while your body just nudges at it??
