    Are you actually serious?
    I have had enough of this stupidity. Would YOU really like to have a convicted rapist or a known pedophile living next door to YOUR loved ones? Isn't that the bottom line here?

      Of course I'm serious. And I wouldn't want to live next to a car thief either, but NIMBY is not a sound basis for public policy. Show me your numbers.
