I agree. I think it is a less acceptable crime than murder. Murder can be justified in some cases (such as someone raping your kid) but child molestation never has any reason other than selfish perversion and is never justified.
Just because it's against the law doesn't mean its wrong. If I had kids and someone raped them I would premeditate their death, legal or not, and I do not think that is wrong. At the same time you could argue right and wrong is opinion but my opinion is that murder, while it is often wrong, is sometimes right.

Plus there have been cases where after getting released from jail the molested more children. They should think before they act.
Murder: "kill (someone) unlawfully and with premeditation"

Amen!!
Theres many justified reasons to murder someone. But to sexually abuse a child theres no reason to justify such an act.
