Thank you for, pretty much, summarizing half of my personal life.
I have to communicate with people regardless of their gender and orientation, and mostly it goes very well. Again, I'm trying my best not to generalize and say things like "oh, yeah, I can't tolerate chicks". Because I've had nice female roommates and friends before. However, the second it gets beyond the level of casual friendship -I find myself trying to avoid too much contact. I'm that guy who never called the day after. Really, not because I'm a big douche, just because I'd really rather date a dude.
And that works great, except for the sex life.
By the way -historically, many societies considered a love between 2 men as sacred and pure. A good example is the japanese feudal times. (yeah, the samurai) Not even mentioning the greeks and romans.
So either bromance is gay and we all slowly start to doubt our initial orientation, or men are really meant to be with other men, dating women just for reproductional and sexual purposes. I dunno, really.
And i think this whole thread will be thumbed down to oblivion in a few hours, haha.
