Is it legal that a man makes kind of a bargain or a deal with a woman, in which he says that he will do his part if in return he gets to have sexual intercourse in his desired way. Please help because thats what i want to do with a woman so please help fast. Also if it is illegal then should i do it or not.
You have to be more specific. As I'm sure you know (or you wouldn't be asking this at all) trading sex for money is prostitution and illegal in many (but not all) places. Trading sex for property (e.g. a car, jewelry, drugs) is typically considered prostitution as well.
Anything less tangible than that (like "do me and I'll paint your kitchen") is probably okay. I've never heard of people getting in trouble for something like that.
Same concept as getting a fuck at a message parlor when after shes finished eith the massage she'll "accidentally" bump your cock with her elbo and ask "would that be all?" Perfectly legal prostitution based solely on a technicality
