I believe, genetically, they would be considered 2nd cousins. I don't know man, it's weird, but understandable. I have a 2nd cousin that was pretty damn hot, never tried anything, but I get how someone can be attracted to a relative.
My only advice is, check the laws where you live. Some places, any cousin is just fine, some places ban it until like a 3rd, 4th, or 5th cousin.
