Your post did say "Dating" Not having a friend or friendship.
To me "dating" involves either sex and/or developing a caring, loving relationship.
I've never seen a successful relationship where the people were real concerned about the physical aspects of their partner over caring and love.
A reality is that for most of us the sex part largely disappears with age... and all you have is the caring and love that has been built by each other's character.
Wait. Does height matter in having sex? I mean would short people and tall people would have not same pleasure as almost same height thing? Sorry, a virgin here (24 yrs old).
In my experience there is a lot more pleasure in the tease and interplay than in the physical release - and even that is achievable with people of different heights and shapes.
A creative caring and romantic imagination provides many solutions to compensate for physical differences. But, it takes the right kind of chemistry/personality/character match to make it work long time. Get that match right and the physical differences really don't matter.

I once dated a much shorter lady. No problems.
