Why don't he just face his ex-girlfriend that he don't have a feeling for her before he cheat on her? I'm wondering how old are two of you? If both of you are still in high school, then you made a foolish choice because what he doing is very immature, and likely will do that again behind your back.
If two of you are adults and out of school... well that's another story, but still immoral nonetheless.
