Shadows in you peripheral vision could be a sign of serious eye problems. You should probably go see optometrist.
As xxLucifer says, it's possibly due to problem with your eyes, so a visit to a doctor - or at least an optometrist qualified and equipped to carry out proper eye exams - would be a good idea.
If you always see these apparitions while indoors in the same room or building, it's possibly due to high levels of carbon monoxide, which can cause visual and auditory hallucinations.
It's also possible that you've just tuned in to consciously noticing what's happening in your peripheral vision. The construction of our eyes means that our peripheral vision is good at picking up shadows and motion, and it's possible a shadow of something completely innocuous can be interpreted as something ominous.
If you prefer to ignore the mundane explanations - even though doing that could have serious health implications - then you could try regularly doing the banishing exercise I've linked to below. Even though I'm a sceptic by nature, I did it every day, morning and night, for a few years, and I think it had some subtle, positive results.

Nobody and nothing in particular, but the LBPR is really about clearing a space of anything and everything that might be lurking about. Or at least that's how you can see it if you believe that elemental entities, demonic entities and such are external to yourself.
If your preferred model of the universe and magic is that it's really all about what's going on in your head, then the LBRP can be seen as a meditative exercise that helps you focus and clear your head of whatever crap that may be lurking there.
Also, visualisation is a big part of the LBPR, and any repetitive practice of that is always helpful if you're interested in ceremonial magic.
Ok,well I mean it could just be you but it is possible to be seeing some kind of spirit
