No man of power is happy until he gathers the power of the whole world, war started as a quest of more power, one man over another. Were everyone to be happy and equal to the rest for a few generations, soon the fathers would desire more for their sons, then this willingful peace would fall...

Make no government a leader, make a single man and you can see what he takes or ruins. The greatest fear of a ruler is that of rebelion, give him that fear and he will let people loose, free to go up -and down- in power, he could not be indifferent towards poverty or anything because of his own fear...
You cannot change the world when you talk about governments or teams, each team consists of men (and women of course), to change the world, you change the core of it, to change the core of it, you must change man, and that, trust me, is not easy...
