I still get ID all the time and people think I'm like 17.. so when the customer yesterday asked me that I was a bit insulted. I couldnt have a teen...
I dont get it. She was like 45, was buying some gift for her 14 year old and asked me if I happened to have a teenage son.. wtf is that
She was just consumed with herself like so many people are. Don't worry about it.
She probably did not even look at you and was going to ask what a good gift for a teenage boy might be.
Nothing more.
Maybe she's a particularly stupid person, or maybe she's just really, really crap at judging someone's age.
In any case, it's not worth getting bent out of shape over. Seems to me that the most useful skill you can learn in any customer-facing job is how to deal gracefully with weird, stupid people who are incapable of seeing the reality right in front of their face; there are a lot of people like that around, and you'll encounter them constantly through your life.
Meh, its really not worth getting offended over. People make mistakes with age all the time. XD

That's weird, people can be weird. Cats are better than people on many occasions.
I finally get the cat obsession! I've always had dogs,,, still have 2, but I got a kitten a few months ago...so.frikkin cute!! Totally love him to bits!!!

They can dingy sometimes, and yet they still have this air about them like they are plotting world domination. Of course there's also the cuddling, and naps. Cats know how to chill.
I do miss having a dog though. I used to have the best, little, blue merle Shetland sheepdog. She was a sassy, one who didn't take crap off of a lot of other dogs, but the three-legged cat I had at the time was very much the boss of her.
I dunno what it is but I tend to prefer male cats, and female dogs.
