i have a 12 to be 13 year old cusin who has told me wants to have sex with a guy at school but i tell he she is to young to think bout that and has to wait until she is old enough.
any advise??
is this normal for young girl??????

    Normal desire yes...but too young. If your able to, talk to planned parenthood or at least a trusted female adult as to how to go about talking some sense into her.
