    Whatever sex you are born as is what you are. Getting g surgically altered and getting pumped with hormones changes nothing. It just makes you LOOK like the opposite sex, nothing more. A transgendered male to female cannot get pregnant. The reverse is true. A Transgendered woman to male cannot father children.

    Sorry but transgendering is a facade, nothing more.
