Breast massage is normal assuming consent.
If you have pelvic floor spasms, massage near the genetalia may even be appropriate (assuming you consented to it)
If she just threw the sheets off you and started massaging your breasts, rectum, vulva, etc without asking, that may be inappropriate, but if you are comfortable with it, then no prob
