Cry all the time

I've been working in this job for last 7 months. in begining it was good but people there are mean and bad and cannot be trustworthy. I feel like I am of no good, like I am stupid enough to do any simple task. I've been crying all the time lately. is it normal? having this type of reaction..!

Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!

You are not a tree. You can move. You can do anything you want. Leave your shitty job that makes you unhappy and go and do something else.

It's easy to feel trapped in a job - we tell ourselves that we need the money, we'd probably never find another job, job hopping looks bad on a cv, the job is good so I must force myself to like it even if I don't, it shouldn't matter how my co-workers treat me and I'm just being too sensitive etc... It's all just bullshit. You could walk in there tomorrow with a resignation letter and take a great steaming dump on your boss's desk if you really wanted to. Nobody would die. Put yourself first OP and start looking for something better. Good luck!

If people are mean enough to make you cry and make such a negative impact on your self esteem (I'm saying this because you seem to be belittling yourself in this message, and I'm sure you don't deserve it.), then you should probably look into new work. It's probably a good idea to seek out a therapist if these feelings linger, even after you leave.

Dont listen to the people telling you to find another job. I mean do listen to them but evaluate how much youre making there compared to somewhere else. If youre making 30 an hour dont quit to go make 10 an hour working with ppl just as shitty.

Talk to someone you trust and maybe work on finding another job or work to improve the one you have.

It might be a good idea to find a different job. If you can't, maybe therapy once a week?

Tell your therapist that's how you're feeling. Sometimes in therapy feelings come up with are really hard to deal with, but a good therapist will help you through this.
