Crippling anxiety and palpitations?

Ive always had anxiety disorder, it comes and goes. Usually had been racing heartbeat. Lately after some big stress, i got heart palpitations like skipped beats and such. Scared me i went to a clinic...two heart tests, blood tests etc my doctor says they are benign. I still think something is wrong! I feel like im gonna maybe drop dead. I still want more tests but they think im a hypochondriac.
Is it normal to freak out over " benign" weird heartbeats?

A panic attack is basically a burst of adrenaline. I used to get them bad but I learned to handle it by lifting weights or doing exercise like sprinting or cycling. I find that getting used to high stress situations in a safe way helps me stay calm when I feel a panic attack coming. I still get the physical symptoms of anxiety but I'm able to stay calm and it passes a lot quicker now.

Also, this type of thing thing is probably more common than you think, so if it happens in front of people, most will understand how you feel and won't judge you in any way.

  • It actually helps if i get up and move rather than sit still. I use the treadmill.

I just tried CBD for the first time yesterday and holllyyyy shit... that stuff worked amazingly for anxiety. The best deal is cbdMD.com and you buy the "broad spectrum oil". Take 30mg and relax.
